Weather Policy

In the event of adverse weather or un-playable field conditions tournament directors reserve the right to:

• Reduce game times in order to catch up with schedule.
• Finish game before inclement weather arrives, or to preserve field conditions.

In case of schedule changes due to weather, an attempt will be made to post

cancellations and schedule changes on the website.

We will also attempt to contact commissioners and coaches.

However, weather conditions can change rapidly and all teams should be prepared as

soon as weather clears and fields are playable.

In the event of cancellation of the tournament due to weather conditions every attempt will be made to refund a portion of the registration fee back to each individual team. The refund will be based on expenses incurred by the tournament directors.

All games canceled due to weather will be considered a 3-1 WIN for BOTH teams
